I believe that anyone that has a homosexual/racist name to say to someone, should be banned with no chance of a appeal. It is just rude, and very offensive.
The direct quote in the screenshot is "gays cant be first" While we do not allow offensive language on the server, it is hard to see the context of the complaint. What is being talked about, or even who is being talked about? Using the term "gay" is in a grey area as long as it's not used as a derogatory statement against someone. The term gay is used by the media and many others all the time "Gays in the military","Activist march for gay rights", "Legalizing gay marriage" etc. I will speak to nightshroud in game regarding his language and I suggest that you use /ignore whenever possible if someone is bothering you.
