    I don`t exactly see how this is Blackmail? the guy just wants to know how much money you have :/ nothing will probably be done sorry :/

    "I will stop if you tell me" That's blackmail.. Telling someone you will not do something that effects them directly in a negative way unless they succumb to your terms.. That's blackmailing.. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't comment thanks.
