My complaint is slightly different and weirder than others. I went to my town farm to the first level underground. I proceed to go afk. I come back and I'm dead. This is what makes this really weird: There were no drops, lava, or deep water. It was a non pvp area. I'm slightly mad, b/c I lost full enchanted diamond armor, but I'm more confused as to how the heck did I die??? I hope somehow there is a way that you can answer this mystery for me. Logo
There is no way to really investigate this. Before you respawn you do have the ability to see the local, but like you said, it seems that this didn't give a solution. While the Back command can get you to the location you died at, it wont detail how you died. And it is possible the area simply was changed from how you died. Tombstone dont work in all situations either, but may if the situation allowed tombstone to work detail how you died and prevent people from stealing items if that situation would allow the spawning of the chest. Unfortunately, there is no real way on how to find out you died. With no death events being public knowledge we cant even check logs to find out about it. Thou I am completly sorry for the loss, and fully understand why you are 'slightly mad'. I would be however - totally pissed!
