Felon Username: Dovakiin1998 Complaint: Cursing at me after i asked him to remove the locks on his chests since he was kicked out of the town for griefing, after which he then tried to get money out of the deal "cash for the chests"... so i told him to scram because it didnt matter to us because we had an LWC already submitted for his stuff. Evidence: http://i.imgur.com/ALVbF.jpg Additional Information: The permissions system must be broken because I removed his build rights multiple times today and he still managed to place a sign on his plot saying "'Good luck with the chests' -Dovakiin". And since he wasn't able to be banned earlier for griefing in our town, as well as other towns due to it being too few of griefs...doesnt make sense to me...but i would like him banned. Do what you see fit.
