This situation has already been dealt with in a previous case located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/complaint.67132/ We can not ban a user based off of the fact that they have a folder named "Hacked Client" as we don't even know if that user is using said hacked client on ECC. As Physicistsmom stated in the other complaint from this folder, this folder couldn't even be use at all and just sitting on his desktop. Locked.
