The cursing person but, As you can see fire bows are everywhere and you see him shoot it in both images.
Hello Rachel, While shooting fire bows at spawn may be annoying there is no rule that states that you cannot shoot your bow at spawn. No action will be taken on this user. Locked, no action taken, no rules broken.
