As soon as I did this he used a water bucket on the hole over top of me. He then broke blocks in the spawner that released a bunch of zombies that ended up killing me. I went back in an attempt to regain my items, but most where gone, presumably in his inventory. He than started breaking blocks all around and under me and causing water to nearly drown me. I then attempted to mine a hole off to the side in order to get away and just mine away from him. He followed me and started getting in front of me so that I could not mine anymore. When I changed directions he repeatedly got in my way. When I found some iron ore he ran up and mined it all as I was mining it.

I did not place that water with the intent to drown him. I was at my spawner killing away and he was mined the block under where I was standing in which I fell down. I used my tp+ on the wall and got to where I was at the screenshot. I merely placed water ontop of where he was to wash and push him down to the path he dug. I then cleared the water like a few seconds later which gave him no chance to drown.
Swiggle the rule issue here is not about harassment. Murder or attempted murder in a non-pvp zone is the issue. Can either of you TP me to the location where this occurred?
Hello, I will be issuing a warning to Swiggle about attempting to kill other players in a non pvp zone. In the event this occurs again, please write down the cords or take screens so that staff can go check out the scene of the crime more thoroughly.
