Felon Username: Shotgunboy0130 Complaint: We've made a contract for Shotgunboy to sell me his plot in Berlin, in exchange for 130k. I did not have all the money, so I told him to wait 3-4 days until I can get the money. But the second day I logged on, he Pmed me saying that he Already sold the house to another user, without asking me in advance. Well i know the rules and understand them pretty well but someone offered higher than he was willing to pay so i didn't think about it first and took the money, at first i didn't find it that big of a deal because he said i could void the contract but then he makes a complaint, but of course i didn't think i would have to take a screen shot of him saying i could void the contract, and the 140k i made i threw it in loto because i'm loan free and i can do those things. So of course now i'm going to be banned yet again even though i could rectify the situation but no one will listen to me. I really don't find it that big of a deal there are more plots available and i would be willing to build him a house on one of those plots if he buys the plot.
Its called realistate he placed the most amount of money on the table so i took a risk and took the money, and im pretty sure this complaint doesn't pertain to oyu xd so i don't need your two sense.

Well basicaly hes thinking that he doesnt have to pay for the house now since he made a complaint against me so this is all i got.
