    Additional Information: Please have this user change their name. I talked to Netsui and he/she said she would agree that the last three letters of this user's name is inappropriate

    The user name is fine. If you really do find the name to be offensive, I would suggest ignoring the user. We have allowed far more weird names than just "sex" in a username.
