Felon Username: Rachel8484 Complaint: Put 6 Netherstars up for auction and did not complete their auction. Evidence: http://imgur.com/a/mMgzO Additional Information: The screenshot is my bid. The other user "hears" my bid. There were no bids after this, and there was no transaction of my money for stars. I PM'd the user saying I was the highest bidder but received no response. I pm'd the user multiple times trying to work it out, and did not receive a response. I have 2 screenshots of my pm's to the user, but since I never received a response, I did not think they had any benefit. I can upload them if need be.
After some many attempts with pm's I finally got the user to talk to me. I uploaded a screenshot of the user admitting he sold those same stars to a store. I do not think the user understand the rules of the auction. If you could try to explain the rules to them, that is all I would ask, so this doesn't happen again. I don;t know if it was a language barrier, age/comprehension barrier, or something else entirely. But they did not think they did anything wrong, and I couldn't get them to see the error of their ways.
hello emau, I talked with Rachel in game and Rachel admitted to not completing the auction. This is in violation of our servers rule about auctions. All auctions must be completed after even one bid is placed. I talked with Rachel and Rachel now understands this. Seeing as you never paid the money for the stars, I am going to leave it with just that warning. Please feel free to post another complaint if the problem continues. Locked
