I advertise the job on the trade channel (/ch tr) by which I pay people $3,000 for every large chest they fill with pumpkins from my 2 level, 80x80 farm. I even provide tools and repairs which I pay for out of my pocket. I dont Pm anyone or tell them to do it. I advertise it on the trade chat, stating my job.
