Felon Username: Player02/ProducerNL Complaint: Player02 was asking to be allowed into town via spawn-town portal, which we have gated. After being very persistent to no avail, ProducerNL shows up and teleports him beyond our gate. I believe this to be harassment and a violation of donation features. It is my understanding that the town belongs to me and I have a right to decide who is in it. I have seen towns be harassed by members constantly and this is the main reason we have this gated community. I want to provide a nice environment for mature players to enjoy. We feel violated by this act, it is an act of harassment and goes against exactly what I'm trying to provide players. Please note the comments made by both players as well. I never thought ProducerNL would do something like this, especially if it was against my request. This is a shocking act by this player. To allow someone into an area I specified not to, and aid that player in harassment against a town member. *edit* The quote "oh a flying pig" by Cindy_John is due to ProducerNL using the stealth command. She actually thought it was a flying pig that was a mob in the game.
Question. How did producerNL get to the town in order to TP player02 to him? Does producerNL live there? Does he have a /home set there?
No, ProducerNL does not live in my town. I am not sure what his /home's are. He claimed to have flown via "live map" as stated in the evidence. Please review spoiler 10 and 11.
Did ProducerNL know that you did not want the user in the town previous to teleporting that user into the town?
I do not believe ProducerNL's use of his teleport donation features in this instance is a violation of its usage. If he was to use it to grant himself or someone else access beyond a locked door, or spam a TP request it would be a different story. Although towns are owned by the mayor and he can decide who to add to said town, the control over who can walk through and sight see in readily accessible areas of that town is limited. You can close your portals and town-spawns, you can put up walls but ultimately if a player gains access via fly or TP or previously set /home locations and is not bypassing a locked door or otherwise entering an enclosed structure without permission it is not strictly forbidden. The question remains if Player02's and ProducerNL 's actions upon arrival constitute harassment.
Endoric, that's exactly what happened. He teleported him beyond the locked gate. However this has been resolved by Wewinagain, apparently not locked though. Would a mod please lock this now. Thank you.
