Hello I am the user in question, first of I take full responsibility for my actions towards Alpert. I had a bad day and I know that does not justify the mean things I said, I am sorry to him. This all started because I asked to do a favor for me and I would pay him 500, he started demanding it and spamming me with MULTIPLE countdowns, so I got a little upset, also this player griefed over 400 blocks in my town farm, so I was a bit mad at him already. He started threatening me saying he would leave if I did not pay him more, I threatened to file a report against him and he did not like not so we had an exchange and Inobviously took things too far, I did apologies for the harsh language and hurting his feelings. I understand that I broke this rule: All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. To this end, the following situations are allowed: Occasional slip-ups in unfortunate situations, that is not directed at anyone. Abbreviations that involve swear words - e.g. wtf. Self-censorship of a swear word. However, the following are absolutely prohibited: Repeated and excessive swearing. Swearing that is directed at anyone at all. I do again apologize to Alpert for the distress and hurt feelings I caused him, I was a bit angry and I need to just let out my anger, sadly I did on another user who was not excepting it. I did say i was gonna leave because u were wasting my time and i wanted to get back to my business and stop dealing with a player like you.. alpert3925, The language that Original_Jackson used towards you in the evidence provided is not acceptable on the server. I am going to be giving a warning to him/her about his issue. I want to remind you that /ignore can be used in this situation and could have been used sooner after he/she continued to PM you after you asked for him/her to stop. Original_Jackson, If you have a complaint against alpert3925 or a grief to report please do so in the appropriate sections of the forum. In the screenshots that you posted here what alpert said was does not break any rules to warrant a warning or any other action. Again, use /ignore for this. Original_Jackson will be warned - Locked.
