Okay so to clarify things up for us. He put blocks on top of your chests, so that you are not able to open the chests. You are no longer co-mayor of the town, so you have no permission to remove the blocks. Is this all correct? Also, do you have any screen shots, or any evidence of him placing the blocks there?
