Seems like the user stopped when the question was finally answerd - However there's no indication of that due to limited chatlogs. For now, I'll say that he's excused just because people do get upset at times and may yell out profanities. And as you saw when you catered to his tempermental issue, he "calmed" down - Without the vulgarities.
To add on, ninjastarpwns said "f*** all mod" four or five times. He did calm down, though, but only after several people asking what was wrong and a few alerts.
