[Complaint] ndm57dcraft- Murder and stealing

This user at first came to my house telling me he had found a glitch where any user could fly by using there horse. I'm not stupid, and he had a lead in his hand so i said sorry only my friend samson1239 and i can go in the stables. He returned later saying he'd give me a saddle if i teleported to him, and that he did not set a home at my house and he would not stop saying this so i said, "Fine". I went and got the saddle then returned to my house. When i returned, to my surprise he was not there just like he said. I waited a few minutes just to be safe and then i started riding my horse. I looked up and saw him on the roof on my neighbors house like a creepy stalker holding a leash. I tried to get back in the stable, but i was flung into the air, then fell taking 2 hearts of damage. i then tried to go back again, and was flung into the water. somehow i got back on before him, and was carried high up in the air and i asked what are you doing? He responded by saying "Stealing a horse by killing some guy, hbu? (How About You)
He then dropped me and killed me and walked around my body to make sure he had stolen every last thing I had. I then got offline and came on later. I told my mayor thomasku11 that ndm had stolen my horse and my things, and of course that he killed me and we told a mod who told us to make a report. I was making one and went back to see my messages and ndm had sent me a tp request. i said why and he said "we need to talk" i accepted and thomasku11 was there with ndm. ndm tried to bribe me by giving back my things. he then admitted to thomas and I that he had killed me. Thomasku11 has a screenshot of this.

Additional information: I've had a horse stolen before but i never knew who did it
