http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-town-application.70882/#post-344211 Felon Username: Nathan2118 Complaint: Placing a town in the incorrect location (as defined by a contract) Evidence: Contract: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.70870/ First town app: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-town-application.70882/#post-344211 Second town app: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-town-application.71186/ Additional information: Basically, I made a contract with this user to buy president and I get the town. The user filed the first application, and I didn't notice anything wrong. However, he was fined 5k because there were no sign posts. Well, as you can see in the first application, he had the wrong Z-coordinates. So he forum pm'ed me, and I replied, explaining this. I said "Alright I'm sorry I wasn't on earlier, I just got online. However, the coordinates you posted weren't the ones I had in the contract. I'm sorry I didn't notice it, but the contract had the z values as being all negative, and your z values were all positive . Just re-apply with the right coordinates, it's fine," very clearly explaining the situation. The user then placed signs in the wrong location, and refiled the application without correcting the Z-coordinates, as clearly defined in the contract. I don't know if anything like this has ever occurred in the past, but it completely messes up my town system, which was a bunch of towns named "Titanium" with cardinal directions, and neither of us (Nathan2118 or I) really want the town. So I'm assuming there's no way to delete the town and post it in the correct location according to the contract, but I figured the best thing to do would be to file a complaint and start there. Note: in the contract, it is clear that I agreed to pay Nathan2118 $25,000, but in one spot, I mention that he is not to use the "$85,000" for anything other than applying for president. This is simply a typo, and I don't think it really affects the contract in any way.
Jvhosmuffin I can just pay you the 25k back it's simple I know I stuffed up and I'm sorry but paying you the money back will just solve it
Okay then, it looks like there is a resolution to this case, if there is some issue with the resolution just open a fresh complaint and link this one in. Thread Closed
