he agreed to a 140k loan with me with a repayment date of dec 11 I haven't reported him because he never logged on until may and I contacted him then.. he asked for a few days to repay the loan and I haven't heard from him since then I have screens of the transaction somewhere and will fish them out if needed I also know kmax oversaw this loan due to fact this was before contracts

I tried following up on several occasions when the information about this loan as it was in my conversations. After getting no response from either party after several months I removed myself from the conversation and no longer have either evidence or oversight.

imkinglol this appears to be a valid loan, do have any evidence that you paid it back? Please respond. Also, Chewychunga, I must say that this would have been easier if you had come forward sooner after the loan went overdue.
