Felon Username: Icondigi Complaint: I paid 6.5k for an efficiency 5, unbreaking 3, and fortune 3 diamond axe. However I was given an efficiency 3, fortune 3 unbreaking 3 diamond axe. I know it is not a big difference, but i was not buying this axe for myself, as it was to replace one for a friend that mysteriously dissapeared after dropping it onto the floor! Evidence: I have only one screen shot of me saying give it back, i was not fast enough to capture the rest of the conversation. http://imgur.com/7cfyA - you can see me asking for it back, but then they left, as it says "you are not speaking in a channel". Additional Information: Like i said, i dropped the previous axe onto the ground and it just disappeared. I am devestated because it was not my axe, it was one a friend gave to me. I felt terrible so went in search of another one. When I told icondigi, they said they had one, and used my emotion for scam me. I was robbed of almost a third of my money, and I please ask that you only just look at the logs.
Not to minimod here however - Nothing can be done without proper evidence, meaning that you need to show screenshots of the agreement, the payment, and recieving the item. The screenshot that you took just shows you asking for money back and her leaving, for all that mods know it could have nothing to do with your problem, maybe icondigi actually had to go for some reason.
While the situation is unfortunate, what pbrassat has said is very true. We cannot act on a scam complaint without evidence of the transaction. You should always take screenshots of the agreement so that we can easily see what was supposed to happen vs. what really happened. It's just good practice to screenshot and and all major transactions/auctions because we mods don't have the logs to just look at at will, and that is why we can not and do not act without proper evidence given. If you happen to come across the proper screenshots somehow, please feel free to file another complaint. But as it is now, I can take no action. Sorry. Locked.
