zedoker Did you give users a warning, could you please provide evidence of this?

However, zedoker could you please give evidence that you made a effort of notifying town members through tagging, ingame pm's forum pm's etc.

 

Also, mcg1 this may be a personal error, however all the images provided do not work for me. Please find a possible fix.

 

Hey there! I used the forum post as the main way, and i used tiny url to say in global so that everyone in town can see it. With the ban that mcg pointed out in victoryville, that was an error, the current mayor did not use an investigator to say who it was, and so i was banned as a result.
Back to the forum post mentioned above. Its not like im saying that you can collect anything you have. I said that if needed, I will give perms so you can collect anything you need. Anyone can forums om me, in game pm, and collect their stuff any time that they want.

 

Also, some users have not been online for time, one picture shows rejected147, who at that time, was offline for 7+ days (now offline 3 days, mail has been sent) Last pic was not a result of me demolishing.

 

The forum post shows no warning but is simply an after thought of 'Hi, I removed you guys.' Warning of 3 days minimum must be given to any player being removed unless they griefed your town specifically. Do you have any evidence besides that forum post?

 

I dont have any screenshots of said warnings, however, i did send mail to many people who did have locks in the town, such as junrocks and rejected147. Other users have been sent mail, although i dont remember which ones. Besides, there is really nothing to collect, many homes were prebuilts, and there are minimal chests in the town. If the users want the materials of a home back, i have them in my chessts and will gladly give it back

But that means that you read it, so you were aware that you could collect any of your stuff

 

As I put in the other post, I am the current mayor of VictoryVille after junrocks gave it to me. The Grief Report was the result of a misunderstanding regarding where zedoker could demolish. That is all that was and I ask it not be used as evidence in Complaints regarding zedoker.

After considering the two complaints against Zedoker, the other located here:

I have come to the same conclusion on both. In this complaint in particular, Zedoker has been found guilty of not informing town members of the town removal. The forum post made was, according to Zedoker, made after the removal of the town members and thus cannot be considered a warning let alone a 3 day warning. The sign was placed by someone unrelated to this case and cannot count either. We require players be tagged in a forum post 3 days to a week ahead of their removal or that they are mailed with screenshots and time stamps ahead of time to their removal. The only exception is if the player is found guilty of griefing the town and banned for it. This does not appear to be the case.

Considering no evidence has been provided in the contrary to the accusation I will be banning Zedoker for illegal seizure of property and town theft. The town theft will be explained in the other complaint.
