Complaint (Donation features Deal Scam) [I am posting this 2nd time after 48 hours)

This was my original post. and what staff replied to me was basically wait until 48 hours past, and if you still dont get what you bought, then re-post the complaint. So I am re-posting it now, because 48 hours actually past from the moment that I had deal with Giant_Leader and I still didn't get the feature what I bought from him(and just as I thought.. didn't even have a hope after process time). Below contents that I wrote is the same contents from the above link. All those time that I wrote below is yesterday's point of view. I really don't want to change all those details things again. I am already little bit mad about what happened from this scam case and doing this double posting work. If he is coming back to server, tell him to pay my money 75k back, before his account get's unbanned.

And do I really have to wait for 48 hours, seriously? I have tons of experience of buying donation features and giftcards from many various people and I have never experienced any case that I don't receive what I bought when donation process time(time that's been shown at giftcard credit thread) has been past and I get it from next process time after waiting 48 hours. I ALWAYS recieved it when PROCESSED TIME SHOWN IN THAT STICKY CREDIT THREAD gets updated... I think victims have right to think and report that deal was scam when they don't get the features or giftcards, after that process time in credit thread has been updated.
Why making victim post same complaint twice? Why don't you guys just reply it again to the same post from the 1st one after 48 hours?

ah. sorry if I sounded annoying, but I am having bad days these days, cuz I think I have got scammed again by "capu111025".. And that's 3rd time in straight rows.. 3AmazingBuilder3's rollback case, Giant_Leader's scam case, and now him, capu111025... and I just hate the fact that I have to wait for 48 hours to post complaint of scam even I checked that process time has alreadty been past, because I will get the same answer from staff "be patient and repost it after 48hours!".. Even it's almost certain that it is scam case...

Anyway.. I will file about capu111025 soon again after 48 hours with whole bunch of screenshot evidences.

Hi my name is lurkblader.
And I got scammed for donation feature deal. I bought "water" feature which is $15 US dollar worth, for paying him 75k. And I checked donation feature's process time, and it's been already passed but I haven't got "water" feature yet. I asked few people around and he does scam often and I am not the only victim but not sure about that. But still whether he scams around or not, it seems he did scam for me, so I am filing this complaint.

These are the screenshots that I took. I took the screenshot for whole conversations with him. And the first link of screenshot is the timezone proof that I checked to prove that process time has already been past.

Additional Information:
As I said, first link is the proof that I just made to prove that donation feature process time has already been past.

1. I bought it from Giant_Leader YESTERDAY(2013/07/26) around 1:00 PM which is lunch time..

2. And by the sticky thread's time, donation features has been processed TODAY 4:47 AM morning...

3. I made that first link screenshot at 11:03 AM...

4.And right now I am posting this complaint at 11:41 AM..

All that time is by KST(Korean Standard Time) or JST(Japan Standard Time) whatever.
Both are same.
I want my money 75k back... I am having bad day these days.. I lost few features by "3AmazingBuilder3" case too.. I dont want to lose anymore money by scam.
If you guys contact him, tell him to give my money back. or bann him forever~!
