Reason: It was a while ago before the rules of loans having to be paid back and now that you have to pay them back i'm posting this complaint about coolguy3211. Well he put 30k in lotto and lost and asked me if I would pay him 30k in a loan that he would pay back and he hasn't yet and I know he has the money (he won a 330k lotto today). And I gave him plenty of time to pay back but he won't and hes making lies as seen in the following pictures (saying that I lost money in the lotto to him in which I didn't play lotto at that time).
