Additional Information: I do not wish for permanent ban or such to him. I only want the money of the people who bought into this scam respectfully given back to the people who fell to this scam.
I saw this. I wasnt exacting sure wat to do. I saw he was not co mayor and was selling plots in your twon, in which Im guessing was still not world edited, and had no portal. I saw nradke teleport me there, as he teleported me accidently.
I think he is saying that the user isn't a member of Island but was selling plots there anyways. Just scamming money. Rulesto if you have screenshots that would help.
