Felon Username: BAK12345 Complaint: He took away my permissions (perms) for a plot that I bought without giving me time to take away my things. Evidence: First of all, BAK12345 has once been banned only about 1 week ago. Second of all, I have a picture that shows he knows that I am putting this complaint on, so he clearly knows that he did this. He wanted me to put this up because he wanted to see this post get rejected. Picture png: 2013-01-17_18.26.28 Additional Info: He has been banned for grief from another town that was not his. He said he would give me 10 minutes to get rid of my things on my plot, and then he told me that he took them away, and then I checked, and he did. Once again, the png for the picture is: 2013-01-17_18.26.28 This was taken only a matter of minutes after he took away my permissions to my plot.
As town mayor of Leverage. Bak12345 mailed you about 5 days ago, that you must move out of the town. According to the rules you have 3 days after being informed to move out. It has been 5 days already so we had all rights to take away your perms. You are lucky we gave you some time to take your stuff, because we could have just not let you in the town. Please provide proof i am wrong if you want to counter me. Thankyou very much. Minecraft on!

Hi panda I don't want to be rude to you, because you are actually really nice, but it says in www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki that again (and again i have copied and pasted, just changed the color for it to be readable): Mayors have the right to remove anyone from their town at any point, regardless of reason, without the need for a refund of the cost of the plot, as long as the following criteria are met: Sufficient warning is given ahead of time (a minimum of three days required) The user in question is given time to move their items from the town in question This shows that yes, I was given 5 days, but he said that I would have 10 minutes to get rid of my things on the plot that I had permissions for. I was not given 10 minutes, because BAK12345 said then that he took my permissions away. This he said after he took them away. He said I had time to move my items from the plot, but I did not get that, so now Bak is selling my house like it was his that he built.
The fact remains that you were given an ample amount of days to vacate. BAK gave you 5 days to move out and after that time is up he has legal rights to remove permissions.
