I was playing on the server nicely and finally reached 1k. So i went to go and buy a 10x10 Plot. At the time the cheapest seller was addswerzxc, So i bought from him a 10x10 plot for 1k from him. I payed him and he game me the plot. After 10mins i left the server. 1 day later i went back on and my perms were removed and there was a new plot owner on the plot "tnt4567". Addswerzxc Wont pay me back or give me the plot back. He scammed me for 1k. Can you get me my money back and punish addswerzxc. -Thanks cjh9
Alright folk, my defense, where to start. Ok so yes CJH9 did indeed buy a plot to my town of Iona, he then ranted about plot protection and began Harassing me for something that didn't exist, swearing and trying to blackmail me into giving him the money back, i refused and he stormed off and went offline. Now I know that CJH9 is a builder and should be cut some slack, but if he were to do the command /rg i he would see he still has perms and his a plot. Another customer TNT4567 come along looking for a plot and seeing that CJH9 has nothing done to his and Tnt was a serious Buyer i MOVED CJH9's PLOT 10 BLOCKS TO THE RIGHT!!!!, i don't know if his mouse and keyboard don't work but there is clearly a sign that say CJh9 in from of a blank plot!!!. His Argument is totally invalided I did indeed ask for an additional 1k because i did not appreciation the Language, Harassment and Blackmail that was directed towards me in my own town!! -Addswerzxc And CJ, use the proper format on the forums if you want ot blackmail other in the Future!

cjh9 you do still have a plot in this town, yes? As long as Addswerzxc did provide you with a plot he is within his rights to give you that plot and deny you a refund. Please do not harrass Addswerzxc to give you the 1000 EcoDollars back. If you have additional evidence or relevant details to post than please do so. Neither of you should be making these posts that are nothing more than arguing. If you have nothing more to add then I will lock this thread with no action taken.
