    Felon Username: acepenguin654 Complaint: My friend PabloandLeroy's brother, psychoman32, got IP Banned from ECC,
    and it's unfair that PabloandLeroy didn't do anything. Evidence: When they log in it says IP Banned Additional Information: psychoman32 should still be banned because this is his third
    ban, but PabloandLeroy hasn't been banned at all and is an honest player on ECC.
