Felon Username: Higuy1 Complaint: he owes me 18K from his casino that he will not pay. Evidence:http://i.imgur.com/WnunN.png, and admins (glooble and nrad) were online at the time. Additional Information: i won a couple times, and he got mad and keept saying i was hacking. i am not hacking. he rufesed to may me the full 9K he owned me, he payd me 6K, we then came to a deal that i would go all in (9K) and if i won he doubles my money (18K) but if he won, i would simply loose my money, as i won he refused to pay me. glooble saw that i won.
