Complaint: abusing the teleport feature

Additional Information: eventho, i saw couple of post's on this kid, i would like to get him banned, what he does that, he would ask me something, teleport's you, mine a hole on the ground so i fall to my death, thne he takes the item's and logg's off, i dont understand why the mods/andrew is not banning him or taking his teleport away, its annoying seeing ppl on this server doing stupid stuff and not getting punished for it
