Hello there, fellow EcoCityCrafters. I am sending this message out to all members of CoalCity. I will reconstruct MOST of the city, along with any members of the town that are willing to join me. Reason for reconstruction?: I have decided on reconstruction for various reasons. One reason is that there are many inactive users in the town. I have seen some users in the town that have been offline for about 1 month. Another reason is because I am not really pleased with the placements of the plots. We will be doing something to fix that, not entirely sure what we're going to do yet. So what is going to be reconstructed?: Pretty much the main plot area that is behind the Capital Building. There, I plan on replacing that area with things like shops and other town stuff. The area where the apartments are will remain but around it we will continue to add things to it. The basic idea is that the entire area directly behind the Capital Building will be used for a sort of down town area. For now, this is all that I can say. I am unsure of when the reconstruction will begin, but I am hoping sometime within the next 1-2 weeks. I will try to update you with images on how the reconstruction is going. Update: Unfortunately, there isn't a live map anymore. Therefore, I will attempt to make some above the town pictures and edit them showing you everything that is going to be done.
Obviously this has been pushed back... Reconstruction will start soon enough. I don't have an exact ETA, but it'll be soon
