I need someone to replace my current co-mayor of Pubmanor, mrpublic. Although this is his original town, I purchased it from him and he remained as a co-mayor. He has been very helpful, but recently informed me that he wouldn't be on the server anymore. I need someone that is res+ and will be active in building the town up. You'd need to meet a quota of 2+ houses a week. Profits of sold houses are 60/40. Also, i'm requesting a co-mayor fee of $8000. This is a modern/luxury town, and i need a modern/luxury builder. Post screenshots of anything you have built. If i like your buildings, ill waive the initiation fee. Please respond asap.
