I have little experience in C4D (as my preferred software is Maya), but please add more to your request; you need to have a clear design in mind that needs to be stated for any artist to understand. Without this kind of detail, it's impossible to even sketch out a concept; let alone create a piece of art. Also, I doubt any kind of advanced work is going to come free; except a price-tag based on the quality/time spent on the work.
