Hi there! Were you offline for over 7 days recently? If yes, this most likely happened because the mayor of your town had your locks LWC'd. After you have been inactive/offine for 7 days the mayor's are able to file LWC's and have your locks removed. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about your lost items if that is the case.
@Chundi_Jr No, I usually get on at least once a day. And seeing as I'm the only owner of the town that has been on recently, it's not that.
