I'm pretty sure that I've suggested something similar to minecars sometime last year, and it didn't make it very far. Though both of these would be fun to have, I doubt they will be added. Just remember that the more plugins a server has, the more that can go wrong.
I personally wouldnt add this, and do not feel like it needs to be added, If you really want to have a casino then you can have a private run casino, where everything is hand run, This has been suggested many times, and has not been added. But who knows what will happen in 2013.
it would be much better with the casino plugins can not trust players all the time.and you do not have to stand there while ppl use the machine.
