Are you trading items that can't be put into signs? Are you worried about being scammed? If both parties agree to an escrow service I can help! What do I do? I take the items from both parties, then once I have both sides of the trade the items get passed on to their new owners. If I do not receive one side of the trade, then the person that gave me their side, gets the item/money back. This means rather than trusting the other person in the trade you must trust me. There will be a point in time where neither party has their items/money. This time puts me in the hot seat to scam both parties at once. I won't do that for the following reasons: I have donated quite a bit of my own money to the server. I think of Minecraft and ECC as a game, where the point is to have fun for everyone. Getting scammed is not fun. I have seen too many people quit because of a scam to think it is worth any gain I might get. If you chose to contact me to escrow for your trade you will need to know my terms: I will teleport both parties to a location of my choosing. I will be paid prior to providing any items to the receiving party. Payment can be made by one party, or split between the parties. My rate is as follows: $1,000 for trades valued under $30,000 $3,000 for trades valued between $30,000 and $100,000 3% of the trade value for trades over $100,000 Items will be put into donation chests that I set up. Once placed you will not have access to your item until the trade is finalized or canceled. I cannot verify items that are tossed and picked up by either party! If you toss an item rather than placing it in the chest I have to go with the word of the other party on if the item was received, and if it was the proper item. I will set up chests with permissions for each party. These chests are how you will receive your item after the trade. If you are trading for money, I will set up a sign for the trade amount. I cannot verify any amount paid directly to the other party! I will not even attempt to do so. If they say they did not receive the payment I have to go with their word; use the sign! If you are trading for Gift Cards or donation features, send the transaction ID to me. Once again, I cannot verify if you send it only to the other party! I will pass on the transaction ID, but I recommend that you send the transaction ID directly as well. I will work with the two parties, either releasing the money as soon as the transaction ID is received, or holding onto the money until the feature is received. I will not handle land trades. If both sides of the trade are not online at the same time, I am willing to store the items for up to a week prior to the trade, and a month after the trade. This allows one party to drop off their item, the trade to occur when the other party (and myself) is online, and then the first party to pick up their item later. I will provide mail messages to the parties about the status of the trade whenever there is a change. Trades not made after a week will have the item returned to the original owner, or stored for up to a month further if the original owner cannot be reached.
