Good luck... People buy tycoon for 500k, you'd need to seriously be lucky to get anything less than 125k.
No most people sell for around 50-80k. I sold both mine for 60k each. People don't buy tycoon for the soul purpose of selling their town claim.. Most tycoons were already tycoon when Andrew added the feature. Most people bought tycoon because its a flashy rank and are quite happy to get a free 50-80k out of it as a bonus.
