Exchange process In case 1 the trade will be made in sellers property, he must prepare a donation chest with the melon sword so I can check it. Once I make the confirmation I will pay and the seller must drop me the melon sword or give me perms to the chest to get it. In case 2 the trade will be made in my property where I'll prepare a donation chest. Once I make the confirmation the seller must put the melon sword in my donation chest and then I will pay him.
