Not to defend the kid, but this was uncalled for, especially since he made good by refunding the money. As for him being a scammer, it is up to the person involved in the transaction to research the history and make a decision. Perhaps you could just suggest the op do research before conducting any business. Well, it does seem that you did get your money back - that is also how the server works. I will try to help explain - the server is more than fair to you, there is probably 8 - 10 great stickies and posts on how not to be scammed when conducting a transaction. Either you missed them or you chose to ignore research that would have sent you running from transacting anything with this user. This is not the server, it has done the job expected of it.
