I may consider selling one of mine if the price is right, what are you looking to pay as I know Eff7s are still deflated. (I know you said to state a price but I'm not sure of the prices of the tools atm)
I did check your thread out, but it’s too rich for my blood. Right now the Eff7 market is around $600k-$650k upfront or $700k-$750k on a payment plan. I have all money upfront and have an offer on the table to buy one for $600k. The only problem with that one is that the person is still buying it on a payment plan so the own isn’t tranferred, so I’m a lil uncomfortable going into a 3rd party situation. I’m really not in a rush to buy this, it would just be nice to have as one of my rentals got broken and it doesn’t seem like the person will be replacing it.
My thread is old, was when I wasn’t too bothered about selling and still not tbh but since I don’t play ecc would rather sell my tools so I can bet on sports while in-active I guess. I probs would accept 700k at the minimum, tool is owned to me and can do the deal whenever if you throw me a discord pm/forum inbox I should get notifications. I appreciate you lowering the price to $700k, but that’s still a bit too rich for me since I do have all money upfront. I think I’ll just wait things out for a while and see if I can find one a lil cheaper, if not I’ll keep you in mind!
