My end game is buying an Eff7. Unowned is preferred. I will consider buying 2000 nstars to get an Eff7 if the price isn't unreasonable.

Yes, it is (technically, will be). However... why is it important? I mean: if I owned it, I would just just transfer ownership to you; and if I wasn't the owner, then I'm not sure I would be allowed to sell it. So, why? I'm curious to understand
