    I'm buying a melon sword for 300k, i will pay 20k upfront for down payment and 40k and my town for collateral. that means it will be completely paid off in a week or 7 days and u will have complete ownership of my town if i don't pay you back. i am also willing to do a contract. pm me in game, mail me, or leave a reply below if your selling

    Dont risk ur town :p. Just advice. Save up to around 150k, then just give them that as down payment.
