Hi, Today i started up MC, did a bit of mining, and burnt to death in lava. Pretty normal, at least for people who don't have Pyro+. Thing is, turns out /cheats was turned off for me, which, prior to this day, i didn't know it existed, and yesterday i didn't have any problems with it. I'm not sure how /cheats turned off, but luckily i have tombstone++. If i hadn't (EDIT: Had Tombstone++), things would have been quite bad, and if this bug, or whatever you'd call it, occurs on other accounts, who might not have tombstone, serious value could be lost due to a potential/probable bug. Safe to say, don't want that to happen. Maybe a server-restart messed with it, or whatever, but i'm posting this just to make people aware that there might be something fucky with the "/cheats" command. As for Moderators/Administrators, you can basically disregard this bug-report if this remains an isolated case. Still, i felt like any unexpected behaviour of /cheats was worth mentioning due to possible fallout of it's effects. I'm sorry if this seems a bit "the sky is falling"-ish, but hey, better safe than sorry...
Just tested by restarting MainNorth, logging in, and using /cheats Doing so disabled them, and doing so again enabled them. As such not broken/cannot reproduce. However if you find proper reproduction steps do let us know.
I will. Until then, i mostly just left this here as a note in case there is something we're not aware of, and starts to screw people over. Most likely a single instance event. :3
