Builder getting started

Hello ECC!
I have have seen a lot of people starting out on the server and just leaving after the first hour, because they have no home, no friends, no work to get them started. I myself have tried to help as many people as possible but it doesn't always work because I had few places I could give away for free. So I have thought up something that could help all of those, so I can help new ECC members to get settled in.

I have made a apartment building (with the help of a few people) and already have over 50 new users have a apartment room to live in.

WARNING! BuildTopia is getting a make over and all residents will be evicted by the 15th of January! I am going to tag all the users that are added to BuildTopia

That's an interesting idea, I think I will put up signs around the building when it's built, also this building has not been built yet and I don't need any help building it. And I could farm coca beans after I do the build
