Andrew recently updated the trophy points cache, so you may have lost them much earlier, but the total count wasn't updated until now. Forum bank trophies were cleared around the time of the forum bank wipe, so (assuming you had more back then than you do now) those might be the points you're missing? (If you add all bank trophies together, they amount to a little more than 19 000 points for $5M ECD.)
I don't think I had many of the ECD ones, I think the most I've had in my forum bank is 2.5 mil, which doesn't add up to what I believe I am missing. I checked the top trophy points members list probably around a month ago and I remember who was near me and I just thought it was strange that none of those people have dropped in score at all. Maybe I'm wrong, idk. Edit: Also I just checked and I'm not going completely crazy, I have the trophy forum medal achievement that you get when you have over 30k points.
2.5 mill trophy would net you like 7k point which would put you over 30k, Like 314 said, i know everyone lost trophy points from the forum bank reset. Have you added all your current ones up as i know there was a bug report where someone was just missing there points for no reason. I assume rank points have been reset too.
