I do use a vpn for security/privacy reasons but that does not seem to be the problem, if I enter any other username I am able to buy anything.
Also using a VPN 24/7 and never had this issue with any of my purchases so surely it's not that. Tested buying feats on "Mika8117" and couldn't purchase any feature (literally tried them all), with all of them saying "You're not allowed to purchase this item." As stated above by Revanrose6, forum pm "Andrewkm" for more inquiry into this issue about buycraft services.
Same for me. I bought Tombstone the other day and it worked fine then, but now it's showing the same message. I don't use a VPN.
And doing the same for me, I don't use a VPN of any sorts, however I do use 4g as my WiFi. I haven't had any issues with the store unti today, Ive tried to force change my IP address, it changed and it is still not letting me purchase anything, same error message as OP. I have also just tried to purchase a random feature on a completely different server that uses Tebex/Buycraft as their payment plugin, and haven't experienced any issues when trying to buy. Edit: So changed IP's again and it's working, most likely thing is the Tebex Fraud protection is set higher on ECC compared to others, since with Tebex you can set a threshold of when your IP will not be allowed to make purchases by the number of chargebacks that have came from your IP from the entire Tebex platform, not just this server. So thats probably the reason why changing IP's works, as the new IP doesn't have enough platform wide chargebacks to block payments.
