This does not seem ever to change. /mcrank can be used once upon login, but then will produce the same result if used a second time. Instructions: Use /mctop and then /mcrank, or use /mcrank, then use it again. How many times did you recreate this?: Three times with /mctop, once with /mcrank twice (discovered the second thing when taking screenshots just now for the first).
