Didn't do anything at all, thus the report. I was installing those dark prismarine blocks in the floor.
Oh, just figured this out. Off to the right in the picture, at ground level, was a rent sign for a shop containing $1000. Which isn't there. So that's what it was, and this isn't a bug, it's just documentary evidence of how technologically inept I am. Sorry!
