Why would you like to be the manager-I think I'm a great leader I love to help and guide people and I can motivate people to do whats right I'm sarcastic and fun loving though I don't have donator perks I have unlimited tp from someone I know and I can get things done
What do you think the role of a manager is:I think it is to guide people when the CEO is not on and when the CEO is on still guide the business and I can advertise and hire people when needed
How often are you on:usually 2-4 hours daily but I also play ice hockey so some days I'm not on that much but I'm usually on ALOT

How often are you on: I play most of my day. I get home from school at 3:00 and play until 5 or 6 to eat dinner, then I come back on at 7 or 8 to play until 9 or later. On weekends, I play almost 12-13 hours each day. However, sometimes my mother takes my computer so there will be periods of 1 to 2 days that I don't come online. Overall, I play A LOT!

Why would you like to be the manager:
Deciding to take up the role is simple, however playing the role is tougher in comparison. In fact, there is no comparison due to the difficulty and responsibility given. Thus, I believe I'm capable enough to assist every member of the Company to cater to their needs. Given my leadership skills attained from various aspects of life, I've held many positions and am proud of them. I do wish to expand my experiences by joining this company as a Manager to assist you guys further.

What do you think the role of a manager is:
Firstly, the role of the Manager/Assistant is to represent the CEO if he/she is not present. However, one shall not make all the decisions without having a discussion with the CEO. Furthermore, a Manager is usually the 'Peace Maker'. He/she has to have the ability to solve disputes and not further aggravate the parties involved and drag the problem. All in all, the manager is supposedly the truthful assistant of the CEO and the various leaders above their position. If you do need more of an explanation apart from this summary, do leave me a message on the website. I'll get back to you soon after I receive your notification.

How often are you on:
There isn't a fixed number of hours when I come online. However, I do have the confidence to say that I'll be online long enough to accomplish my given tasks.

How often are you on: More often now that Ultimate Frisbee season is over. Usually an hour or two every day but Wednesday, provided that I'm not drowning in homework
