Since i have not been playing for a few months i have lost all my income sources and don't have a need for my former 'office building' aka my home. The building is a 9 story building (not counting the basement and nether wart mini farm) with 4 'apartments', an attic, and 4 main floors. I am not 100% sure how much the building cost me just to make (I removed all amenities) because it is a little old but it cost me right around 20k. I am always open to negotiation (as long as it is reasonable).
