Bastion/Ise Official Town Thread Bastion and Ise, cities with liveley action, active members and staff, and a well supported and open community that is accepting any rank. Along with this our plots are based to fit a player of any possible wealth level as our plots range from a low $1,000 ECD to $9,000 ECD. This town is suitable and enjoyable for all and has a well managed staff that will tend to anyone's needs and is caring of it's much valued members. Although these towns are very friendly and grand we do enforce strict rules that WILL be enforced. ====================Bastion/Ise General Information============ Mayor: Snackmac Co-Mayors: SnDxCH4RG3R StanleyMines Features:ExtCreations (Gates, Lifts, Bridges, and Colored Signs), Water Placements, Teleports, Enchanted Tool Repairs, Public Subway System, Town Portal, Player Market, Public Farms (Potato 3 20x20 Floors, Wheat 3 20x20 Floors, Pumpkin 3 20x20 Floors, and Melon 3 20x20 Floors). Plots 10x10: $1000 15x15: $2250 20x20: $4000 25x25: $6250 30x30: $9000 Apartments Top Floor: $500 Bottom Floor: $650 Market Stalls Citizen of Bastion/Ise: $200 Other: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Town Rules~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Section I - Griefing and Stealing Here at Ise and Bastion we have ABSOLUTELY ZERO tolerance for stealers and griefers and users who commit any of these offenses will be given the most harsh punishments. Offenses which appear to be accidental will be given a warning; a second infraction will be met with eviction and a possible ban. There is no placing/breaking of blocks out side of the plots you own unless you are the mayor/co-mayor or unless it is the sign with your name. Section II - Public Farms A strict rule is in place that requires a user if he or she accidently destroys a piece of a public farm to immediately replant/replace any blocks.(If a seed) alert a town owner IF one is on so that they can bonemeal said plant. Section III - User Inactivity Any user who is inactive over 7 days risks eviction unless a warning is given to an owner of the town(s) before going on leave (Vacation, School, Finals Week, Medical, etc.) Section IV - Building Regulations A building may not have any dirt visible from the exterior and Cobblestone can only be used aesthetically and only included in up to %30 of the total structure. Along with our cobble and dirt rules we do not allow lava or any un-contained water. Any trees growing on the plot must be trimmed to fit inside the plot. Section V - Plot Markings and Ownership All plots must be marked with a sign near the front door or on the front side of the plot with the owner’s username. Two or more plots next to each other owned by the same person need not have two signs. Section VI - Markets and Trade Signs Any public trade signs must be in the Market area provided in the Citadel. Storing xp or money and one-time trades ARE legal but making a shop on your plot is prohibited. This is to center trading in to one area to avoid confusion and make it easier for buyers and sellers to find materials. Section VII - Pending Plots Once a down payment is made on a plot, you effectively own the plot unless you fail to pay the full amount within our five day payment window. Along with this the minimum down payment is $500 and a user can only have one down payment active at a time. Section VIII - Enforcing of Rules Any member of Bastion or Ise who does not comply with these rules will be subject to eviction. (If you hate someone, don't accuse them of grief. We will still be filing grief reports and we will find out) Do you agree?: Yes As a repairer you are to provide to citizens of Bastion with discounted or free erepairs any time you are free and not busy. You have the right to say no if you are busy but not the right to refuse service if that service you are refusing is the subject of your relation to that user. I would like this to be put in even though it is a given, because a lot of users have been breaking this "given".
