Banned without warning?

Several months ago, I was banned for posting the same message maybe two or three times, and I realize that this is a long time after to reply, but I have been angry for not receiving a warning before being banned. I would like to be unbanned, I promise that I will not spam anymore! I really like this server, and I hope that you unban me. I could get one of my friends to give you a report on me if you wish?
